Jack and AJ set to have dream wedding thanks to £160,000 win
Vet nurse Jack Pye described how he bagged a £160,000 win after ignoring fiancé AJ's suggestion to stop playing as they saved up for their upcoming nuptials.
Jack won £160,000 when his Norwich postcode was announced as the full winning postcode of a £3.2 Postcode Millions prize. Nine of the neighbours also won the same prize.
A further 1,159 people playing in the wider area received cheques ranging from £1,264 to £3,792, depending on how many tickets they played with.
£160,000 winner, Jack said:
It will change our lives forever. We’re getting married next year. I’ve never had money in my life. I never expected this to be six figures. We'll have the wedding of our dreams.
AJ added:
I think I told him to stop playing because we had so many things to pay. Don’t listen to me! That’s what will be in the vows.
